PROJECT OVERVIEW
In October of 2022, Gulf Corp and its partners began construction on a new 342,000 SF industrial warehouse. Site work began in the spring of 2022, and by the end of summer, the building was 100% leased to a single tenant prior to any concrete being poured on site. TW Laredo III is scheduled for completion in Q4 2023.
