PROJECT OVERVIEW
In the fall of 2020, Gulf Corp and its partners began construction on a new 300,000 SF industrial and logistics facility in the Pinnacle Industry Center located on the southwestern side of Laredo, TX. Pinnacle Industry Center is located on Mines Road equidistant between the two main heavy load trade bridges between Mexico and the US. Site and civil work began in September 2020 with paving and foundation work beginning in earnest in November 2020. TW Laredo II is scheduled to be completed in October 2021. TW Laredo II is envisioned as a long-term hold property.
