PLANO MEDICAL PAVILION – BAYLOR PLANO HOSPITAL CAMPUS

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2018, Gulf Corp ground on the Plano Medical Pavilion, a 102,000 SF Class A medical office building located on the campus of Baylor Scott White Health’s hospital in Plano, TX. The building was completed in the spring of 2019 and was anchored by Baylor Surgicare Plano, a joint venture ambulatory surgery center of Baylor Scott & White Health and USPI. Plano Medical Pavilion was sold in November of 2019 at 50% occupancy to Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) for more than double the cost of the entire project.
