PROJECT OVERVIEW
In the Spring of 2019, Gulf Corp and its partners broke ground on a new 132,000 SF industrial and logistics center fronting on Interstate 35 on the northern boundary of Laredo, TX. Gulf completed the project in the Spring of 2020 and immediately leased it to a single tenant user providing logistics services for products flowing out of Mexico for the retailer WalMart. TW Laredo I is envisioned as a long-term hold property.
