Port Alabama is located along IH-10 in Baldwin County, AL just 20 minutes from downtown Mobile and 35 minutes from Pensacola. IH-10 is the southernmost cross-country highway in the US highway system.
The Port Alabama site will be the closest and largest contiguous site to the Alabama State Port of Mobile (12-minute drive), the fastest growing Port and container terminal in the U.S. There are no other industrial use sites over ~50 acres in closer proximity to the Port of Mobile, on either side of the Mobile Bay.
