PROJECT OVERVIEW

Port 35 is located in Laredo, Texas. Laredo is North America’s #1 inland port, accounting for 45% of all imports across the US southern border. Since April of 2020, Laredo as traded places frequently with the Port of Los Angeles as the nation’s top US Port. Port 35 is located at mile-marker 16 with frontage spanning along northbound IH-35. IH-35 runs from the US southern border to Canada and is the central most north/south highway in the US highway system.

Port 35 offers industrial and logistics users a wide variety of speculative industrial space and land size opportunities with excellent access to IH-35.
